Refund and Cancellation

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from carnivorousplants.in you accept the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Live plants are perishable, living organisms. Once dispatched they cannot be returned, reshipped, or exchanged. All sales are final.

No Cash on Delivery

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing aphytoevolution@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 78100 11581.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstance.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Transit Damage Claims

We take great care in packaging every plant. In the rare event of transit damage:

• You must record a clear unboxing video and submit it with photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered under any circumstance.
• Valid claims will be reviewed entirely at the sole discretion of Phyto Evolution. We may offer a store credit or a replacement — cash refunds are not provided.
• The decision of Phyto Evolution is final in all transit damage disputes.

What Is Not Covered

We are not liable for:

• Plant death or deterioration after successful delivery
• Losses due to improper care, negligence, unsuitable growing conditions, or climate
• Natural minor variations in plant size, colour, or appearance
• Damage caused by the buyer’s handling, repotting, or environmental stress
• Losses due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
